Welcome to First Baptist Church of Wiggins' 

AWANA START DATE WILL BE SEPTEMBER 6 2023. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING ALL OF THE CHILDREN THEN. THANKS FOR ALLOWING YOUR CHILDREN TO BE A PART OF OUR PROGRAM.

We will keep this calendar as current as possible.  However, all future theme dates are subject to change, so please do not print and use as a year-long reference!  We're looking forward to a great fun-filled year of AWANA!

August 23, 2023 will be registration night and will begin at 6:00pm. Come register your children, meet their director and get your child’s bag and shirt if they do not already have one or need a replacement. Registration cost this year will be $25.00 per child, not to exceed $60.00 for families. Each child will be given Awana bucks to go shopping in our Awana store. Lastly before they leave we will have a treat and a bottle of water for them. Come register and have fun. First night of Awana will be on September 6, 2023 from 6:00 pm - 7:20 pm. Children need to arrive between 5:45 - 6:00 each Wednesday night. They will go to sanctuary for opening ceremonies, where they will learn the Awana songs and pledges.  The children will then go to their individual clubs (Cubbies, Sparks & T&T) they will have bible study, snack time, handbook time (say the bible verses they learn) and also of course recreational time. We are looking forward to a great year.
